HTML Tutorial 2
Hello and welcome to the next tutorial. Last time you learned about the structure of an html document along with some tags. In this tutorial we will be using the "HELLO WORLD" to learn about headings. Heading tags look like <h1>. Heading tags go from h1 to h6. H1 is the biggest while H6 is the smallest.
Hear is the code:
<html>
<head>
<title>
</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>"HELLO WORLD"</h1>
<h2>"HELLO WORLD"</h2>
<h3>"HELLO WORLD"</h3>
<h4>"HELLO WORLD"</h4>
<h5>"HELLO WORLD"</h5>
<h6>"HELLO WORLD"</h6>
</body>
</html>
As you can see if you save the file and open it in a browser they go from bigger to smaller. I will now show you the horizontal line tag.
<html>
<head>
<title>
</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>"HELLO WORLD"</h1>
<hr />
<h2>"HELLO WORLD"</h2>
<hr />
<h3>"HELLO WORLD"</h3>
<hr />
<h4>"HELLO WORLD"</h4>
<hr />
<h5>"HELLO WORLD"</h5>
<hr />
<h6>"HELLO WORLD"</h6>
</body>
</html>
That outputs a horizontal line across the whole screen between the "HELLO WORLDS".
now let us go over everything we learned so far one more time.
<h1> to <h6> are headings.
<hr /> horizontal lines.
